The Orphanage Management System is system can be used to keep track of children in the orphanage, their health records, education, and other important information.
The system will properly link inputted data to any present data already found in the central database. It will also ensure the automation of all registration related activities inside every branch of the whole organization with all its orphanages and directly connected to this system as it will automate the data entry of three important sectors inside the registration process: personal, medical and educational related information.
This is done to achieve a fast and efficient solution which reduces liabilities in all shapes and forms (time, money, etc…).

A direct integration existing common database, which will help in cross referencing information with every new input data decreasing data redundancy and liability.

A centralized registration platform for all categories (personal,medical and educational) of the system which will ensure data integrity as well as unity in all fields and branches.

A Form Builder that allows to the construction and the editing of any adopted form

STEPER
A simplified stepper that governs the flow of any document needed to be completed and reduces data entry risks as well as enables proper documentation.

TRACKING
A tracking ability through enabling permissions to appropriate users to view the steps and the end point of any ongoing or finished operation that passed through any stepper.

REPOT ENGINE
A report engine capable of translating data through business intelligence tools into information which in turn supports decision making.
