Our Process Management System includes the following modules:
Authentication and Authorization
A feature used to define user roles, assign appropriate permissions and validate user information
User Interface and Dashboard
Sidebar, main page, top Navbar, Footer, and both workplace and workspace panels
Notifications Center
A notification stream is required in this system, notifications are categorized as either Global or Local.
Form Builder
It is the core of the entire system, needed to achieve dynamicity. Our product’s form builder allows the user to mix and match whatever fields required to build a form from scratch as all input fields are draggable and droppable components.
WorkFlow Builder
A module required for managing the flow inside every operation. In addition to being simple to learn and use, this module helps in achieving dynamicity and protecting workflow integrity by dividing an operation into a series of steps each of which containing characteristics such as duration and action to be done upon confirmation or rejection.
API'S
To ensure a smooth client side experience, we need to use this feature that will be an intermediate phase between the front-end and the back-end sides connected to each other. Additionally, the presence of an API will decrease page rendering which will ensure a smoother and faster experience without overloading the server
